Cannot launch Excel

Long story short.

  1. Year ago I tried to launch Excel.
  2. Year later the same issue exists (it’s completely another computer.
  3. I have tried to set True and false, but still get the error.

The F# member on GitHub didn’t want to investigate the issue further and just ditched me. Can anyone help me, please?
