What are these unicode symbols in the Language spec?

I’m reading the language spec here and in section “3.4 Identifiers and Keywords” (page 24) I see unicode characters like ‘\Lu’, ‘\Nl’, ‘\Mn’, etc.
It says I can “see the C# specification for a list of the Unicode characters that are accepted for the Unicode character classes” but googling hasn’t yielded any results. Can someone explain how to interpret these? How do they map to unicode classes? Thanks.
