Where do we go to get some decent introduction/tutorial for FSharpx & Associates?
Some documentation might do just as well. You can rummage here and there for info, e.g., http://fsprojects.github.io/FSharpx.Extras/, but something more along the lines of clicking on computation expressions such as State, Reader, Writer, Maybe, Either, Continuation, and Distribution, and seeing definition and some helpful documentation.
